Decoding complexity.
Shaping the future.

Six services, each designed to take a complex position and return something you can act on.

Each of the six begins in the same place: understanding what you are actually trying to achieve. The structure, the jurisdiction and the instrument follow from that, never the other way round.

Family Office Services

Families holding wealth across borders and generations tend to accumulate structure faster than they accumulate clarity about it. I work with families and their existing advisors on governance, reporting, succession readiness and the practical question of who holds which decision.

In practice

Mapping the structures that exist, identifying where they no longer serve the objective, and establishing a decision framework the next generation can actually operate.

International Wealth Structuring

Where an asset is held determines what can be done with it, what it costs to hold, and how readily it passes on. I work across the European jurisdictions I know well, alongside your legal and tax advisors rather than in place of them.

In practice

Reviewing existing holding structures against stated objectives, and coordinating the specialists required to change them.

Product Structuring

A sound investment concept is not yet a viable product. Thirty-eight years of building them means I know where they usually fail: governance, liquidity terms, layered costs, and the distance between what a document permits and what it delivers.

In practice

Stress testing a proposed structure before it reaches the market, or before you commit capital to it.

Business Development

Access without judgement is merely noise. I make introductions across my European network where there is a genuine fit, and I say so directly where there is not.

In practice

Opening the doors that are worth opening, and being explicit about which are not.

Research on Demand

Independent analysis on the specific question you need answered, rather than sell side coverage of whatever a desk elected to cover this quarter.

In practice

commissioned research on a market, a sector, a structure or a counterparty, delivered in a form that can be placed in front of a board.

Individual Coaching

One to one work with principals, founders and next generation family members. Financial confidence and financial knowledge are not the same thing, and the distance between them is where most poor decisions are made.

In practice

Structured sessions on decision making, risk, and how to interrogate the advice you are given.

Your wishes are my focus.

The first conversation establishes whether there is a fit. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
